Blue Haven Resort & Marina today announced it has been recognized as a winner in the Top Hotels in the Caribbean category of the 2016 TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice™ awards for Hotels, ranking 7th out of 43 hotels in Providenciales.
The Turks & Caicos Collection’s all-suites beachfront escape, the Alexandra Resort, recently completed a property-upgrades program and has added a new dining spot, Asú on the Beach, as of November 1.
The Alexandra Resort will open a new beachfront restaurant in early October.
The restaurant will be called Asú on the beach. The name means sunset in Taino, the language spoken by the Arawak Indians who lived in Turks and Caicos centuries ago.
